I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise and propose the suitable KOL list, timeline as well as airing platforms following the Client’s briefs
- Collaborate with internal departments to execute the KOL team’s projects at their optimal level
- Constantly update data and rate card of artists/KOLs, location for the event; keep up with the market trend and industry need
- Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize integrated campaign effectiveness
- Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made
- Assist in shoot planning with producers, timelines, and creative executions
- Carry out other tasks as requested by Line Manager
- Lead daily executions.
- Be a kind and honest person
- University/Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Entrepreneur, Information Technology, or other related courses.
- A passion for entertainment, especially in talent management/event/media
- Highly adaptable to everything and always keep a positive thinking
- Display energy and enthusiasm for new technologies
- Confident approach to using various social media platforms for marketing including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube,...
- Creative, highly motivated, and an excellent communicator
- Willingness to learn and develop
