MAJOR FUNCTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical skills:

• Organize, manage, and coordinate daily digital, social, and traditional campaign executions, reporting, and communication processes.
• Understand client business goals and match them with agency capabilities to drive measurable performance.
• Participate in strategic and creative development for campaigns, providing insights based on data and trends in technology.
• Engage internal team members and clients to ensure campaigns are integrated and effective.
• Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Strategy teams to recommend tools, platforms, and technologies.
• Advocate for the audience perspective by integrating market and customer insights into campaign strategies.
• Apply analytical thinking to guide decisions that deliver long-term and measurable outcomes.
• Document key takeaways and action items from client meetings and calls.
• Support shoot planning and creative production in coordination with producers.
• Work with project coordinators to manage estimates, track budgets, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide nightly online updates to the Account Manager regarding top-level project status.
• Take ownership of day-to-day execution and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Create client proposals: source materials, ideas, and case studies 
• Conduct quick research for ongoing projects 
• Translate proposals and quotations between Vietnamese and English
• Research KOL profiles and relevant information

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business administration, digital marketing, or marketing project management.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to undefined or evolving project scopes.
• Advanced understanding of content strategy, creative processes, and production timelines.
• Strong project management and task delegation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-driven.
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with a “Do It Now” mindset.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for data handling or automation is a plus.
