I. SUMMARY:
The Creative Content Lead is responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing innovative content across various platforms. With play a key role in managing to produce high-quality, engaging, and unique content that aligns with the client's brand image, marketing strategies. This role includes collaboration with the Account Manager to ensure content is consistent, timely, and well-crafted. The Creative Content Leader will collaborate with Production Producers and other teams in delivering creative content for POPS platforms and our brand partners.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Strategy and Development: Collaborate with the Account Manager to formulate effective content strategies based on brief ‘s objectives and audience insights.
- Content Creation: Oversee and participate in the creation of engaging, innovative, and valuable content for a variety of channels. This may include social media content, video scripts, TV show format, event and other marketing material.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on industry trends and new platforms to deliver forward-thinking content.
- English Proficiency and Presentation Skills: Present content strategies, performance reports, and ideas to team members, stakeholders, or clients in clear and compelling English.
- Report on task status: Regularly update the Account Manager on the status of tasks, including any challenges or successes.
- Accountable for Creative Content ideas and quality of the content created by the team.
- Be able to participate in brainstorm sessions, develop scripts, and refine the quality of content created by the team by reviewing script formats and providing creative inputs.
- Sharing creative ideas in order to shape up the content or refine existing contents when necessary.
- Work closely with Production Producers in nurturing stories and providing advice in enhancing creative contents.
- Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types as well as developing related content for multiple platforms.
- Identify creative challenges and provide solutions in collaboration with other members of the creative team as needed.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in content creation, content strategy, and team management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret audience behavior and apply insights.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field
- 4 -5 years of experience working in media/digital agency in the creative department
- Strong time management as well as organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and multiple levels
- Creative and collaborative team player with experience working with a diverse team.
