Ms Sarika Tulsyan joined POPS in 2017.

Having worked across markets in APAC and MENA, Ms Tulsyan offers regional experience and expertise to build and grow business capabilities with revenue as the key output. A true “intrapreneur” at heart, she started her career with entrepreneurial organization back home, in India, and since then Ms Sarika is tuned to work with the entrepreneurial mindset in both start-up organizations as well as global networks. She has worked in five countries in different roles and capacities including India, China, UAE, Thailand & Vietnam.

Prior to POPS, Ms. Tulsyan worked at Starcom, one of the largest global media agencies (Publicis Groupe) with regional roles for MENA and APAC regions. Currently, based in POPS Vietnam office, this is her second stint in Vietnam, first being from 2006-2008 where she successfully set up a full-service digital agency from scratch.

In her current role at POPS, Ms Tulsyan is responsible for strategizing and driving POPS’ revenue across all the markets. Her role also encompasses building and strengthening brand partnerships, platform partnerships, maximizing monetization and parallelly driving new capabilities like D2C to further diversify and grow revenue opportunities. Sarika firmly believes that with ever changing digital landscape and an open mindset, there is always a room to continue to innovate, adapt and grow.

On a personal front, Sarika loves reading and biking while her favorite workout is boxing.
