Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Executive

I. SUMMARY: The Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement plays a key role in identifying and acquiring the best-fit talent to support the business growth and bring POPSers great employee experience during their career journey with POPS via internal engagement & communications activities. II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition:
  • Be responsible and take ownership of the end to end recruitment cycle. Perform sourcing, screen profiles, conduct interviews, provide assessment, manage the job offers and other required processes needed in fulfilling hiring needs. 
  • Coordinate with HRM in managing assigned headcounts to ensure hiring is aligned with the company's budget and hiring strategy. Align with stakeholders to ensure vacancies of the company are recruited and match the schedule of the plan.
  • Ensure external resources for important positions in the company, ensuring necessary backup.
  • Manage hiring teams by building strong business partnership through effective communication, understanding hiring requirements, solving hiring challenges and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Fulfil requisitions based on set metrics, KPIs and agreed targets.
  • Manage sourcing channels and job boards for assigned headcounts ensuring accuracy in job postings, employer branding materials and other means of communication with candidates. 
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of candidate data. Provide accurate hiring update reports to hiring teams and management teams on a timely basis or as requested.
  • Manage candidates and ensure high quality candidate experience through timely communication and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Prepare required Talent Acquisition reports in a timely and  high quality manner. 
  • Promote Employer Branding via social channels.
Talent Growth & Development:
  • Design and develop internal/ external training programs and learning activities for management and employees according to business needs.
  • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of internal and external training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Develop individualised competency development plans for key talents, aligning them with organisational goals and career aspirations.
  • Coordinate with HRM in effective and complete successor preparation projects for the company, ensuring internal resources are operated most effectively.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communications:
  • Be in charge of the internal communications to strengthen employee engagement, ensure effective coverage and positive transmission of messages from the Board of Managers/Company to all employees.
  • Promote Internal Communications page, ensure internal information is delivered on time.
  • Effectively lead and coordinate with the Happiness Committee and related departments to plan and organise events of the company such as: Year End party, International Women’s Day, Company’s birthday, Charity campaign, Company trip, Vietnamese Women’s Day, Halloween, Men’s Day, Christmas & New Year Day.
  • Coordinate with HR teams in all countries for regional events: Town hall, international occasions.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any related studies. 
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in end to end recruitment
  • Media, digital entertainment or high-tech industry background is a plus
  • Passionate with employee engagement and communications activities
  • Having knowledge and experience in talent retention activities is a big plus
  • Experience in hiring for entry level to manager positions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organised, highly adaptive and has growth mindset
  • Proficiency in time management and ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Strong can-do attitude, result-oriented, highly self-motivated and influential on others.
