Senior Marketing Executive – Music

I. SUMMARY:

  • Create digital content specializing in music to build the targeted audience and community.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Research and generate insights on potential content verticals and the latest content trends, and make recommendations on Content development strategy.
  • Monitor closely key competitors in the same & related industries and recommend content direction.
  • Brainstorm with the team on content ideas for original content productions.
  • Develop the company’s social media channels on original and reproduced verticals.
  • Work with the team to build and produce a series for partners and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report social media marketing activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication channels and strategies and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Manage budget allocation and track actual spending.
  • Support Media team to plan and run paid media campaigns.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years experience in a related position.
  • Experience in building audiences for online channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about genres and artists within the Vietnamese music market.
  • Good understanding of the social media landscape in Vietnam.
  • Being able to use Adobe Premiere and/or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, consultative, and resourceful.
  • Good at English both writing and speaking
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently but a team player.
