I. SUMMARY
The Senior KOC Management Executive is responsible for sourcing, managing, and nurturing partnerships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to drive performance for POPS’ social commerce initiatives. This role plays a key part in bridging influencers with e-commerce strategy and ensuring high-quality, effective execution across campaigns.II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively explore and recruit new KOCs to support POPS’ social commerce operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with KOCs, ensuring clear communication and ongoing satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee KOC activities, including livestreaming sessions and product-selling videos.
- Propose KOC selections, content timelines, and platform placements based on client briefs and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, production, client service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of all KOC projects.
- Take detailed notes during client meetings/calls, capturing key directions and agreements.
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all assigned projects.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the line manager.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media, entertainment, content, advertising, or e-commerce.
- Strong interest in entertainment and KOC/influencer management.
- Familiarity with livestreaming, short-form content, and creator-driven commerce.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with trends in content, KOL/KOC marketing, and digital platforms.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and in small teams.
- High level of integrity and commitment.
- Preference for male or LGBT candidates.
