I. SUMMARY:

  • This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an agency environment, and a close-knit group of colleagues to be involved in day-to-day account management, strategy, creative, reporting, communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors.
  • The ideal candidate will have two-plus years of direct client management experience, top-notch organizational and client-facing skills, and the desire to work within a fast-paced environment and be involved in client meetings/presentations. Candidates with digital advertising and content programming will be a huge plus, along with in-depth knowledge of various media platforms including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize, manage and liaise the day-to-day digital, social and traditional actions, reporting and execution processes
  • Understand client business and how to match it with agency expertise to drive measurable results
  • Take part in campaign strategic and creative development by providing data-driven insights as well as knowledge of fore-front technology innovation
  • Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize integrated campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with Social, Creative and Strategy to provide agency recommendations for new innovative tools, vendors, and technologies
  • Serve as the trusted voice of the audience by assimilating customer and marketplace insights into the development of creative strategies
  • Use analysis to drive decisions in a way that yields sustained, measurable results
  • Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made
  • Assist in shoot planning with producers, timelines and creative executions
  • Manage estimates/billing with the coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing
  • Provide nightly updates (online) informing the Account Director of the top-level status of the client.
  • Lead daily executions

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or other related field
  • An eagerness to learn and be challenged
  • Ability to add structure and process when project plan is unclear/undefined
  • An advanced understanding of content strategy, creative, and production timelines.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to delegate
  • Ability to multitask several different projects at once
