I. SUMMARY:

  • The Creative Content Writer will be responsible for brainstorming, developing and shaping creative     contents including but not limited to writing full detailed content scripts and creating proposals for content concepts. This role is part of the Popcorn Team and will be under supervision of Production Manager. The Creative Content Writer will collaborate with manager in delivering creative content for Social commerce platforms.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Accountability
  • Contribute creative content ideas and be involved in the content creation process from brainstorming, and pitching until production finishes.
  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, and ideas for monthly KOC livestreams.
  • Monitor the production timeline and creative direction of live streams.
  • Attend livestream shoots to ensure smooth execution.
  • Able to shoot and edit videos for TikTok, FB,..
  • Accountable for Creative Content ideas and the quality of the content created by the team.
  • Be able to participate in brainstorming sessions, develop scripts, and refine the quality of content created by the team by reviewing script formats and providing creative inputs. 
  • Sharing creative ideas in order to shape up the content or refine existing content when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Production team, Social commerce, and MKT team in nurturing stories and providing advice in enhancing creative contents. 
  • Identify creative challenges and provide solutions in collaboration with other members of the creative team as needed. 
  • Manage project assigned and project status reports.
  • Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
  • Writing script for various creative contents ideas as requested, including but not limited to content editorial and planning. 
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Communicate and cooperate with all members within Production manager, video editors, and producers.
  • Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related communications field ( If needed).
  • 1-2 years of experience working in media/digital agency in the creative department, especially Social Commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Social Commerce.
  • Strong time management as well as organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and multiple levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Creative and collaborative team player with experience working with a diverse team. 
  • Able to shoot and edit videos on mobile.
