Sales Leader – KOC Development

I. SUMMARY:

Sales Leader for KOC Development focuses on driving revenue growth through innovative Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) strategies. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, market insight, and brand relationship management skills to spearhead campaigns that amplify our social commerce presence. You will be instrumental in guiding your team to develop and maintain relationships with brands, negotiate strategic partnerships, and oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Create, and build networks with brands to package POPS' services.
  • Plan and coordinate with the internal KOC team to execute campaigns for brands.
  • Support and optimize creators to increase revenue on TTS, negotiate contracts under the guidance of the Leader, and handle related paperwork.
  • Participate in customer groups to negotiate commission percentages and launch campaigns within the TAP (Tiktok Affiliate Partner) system.
  • Monitor campaigns and report the performance of TAP campaigns.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the product list, Hot Deals, product pricing on live streams, and voucher schemes.
  • Inspect and track the process of receiving product samples and shipping products to creators.
  • Research and approach new customers to boost affiliate revenue for all creators under POPS MCN.
  • Develop policies, generate ideas, and research market competition to enhance the performance of POPS MCN.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to execute plans and projects (Booking, Key Campaign Live, Mega Livestream, etc.).

III. SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Research product sources and develop strategies to approach customers on TiktokShop.
  • Verify all product announcement documents and related business licenses of the brands.
  • Request the product list from brands, negotiate commission percentages, and discuss related benefits.
  • Set up campaigns on the TAP POPS system for the brand and monitor the progress of adding products to the brand's campaign.
  • Track and verify the product list, and commission percentages, and request additional benefits for POPS.
  • Monitor the progress of shipping product samples and inspect samples upon receipt from the brand.
  • Drive the internal KOC team to push all creators under POPS MCN & Partner to participate in TAP & Affiliate campaigns on TiktokShop (Short Video or Livestream).
  • Monitor campaign performance upon launching and develop solutions to optimize the campaign.

IV. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on KOC, social commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in an MCN (Multi-Channel Network) or a similar digital content environment.
  • Proven track record of brand connections and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and the role of KOCs in brand marketing.
  • A wide network with brands, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and apply them to sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
