KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and revenue targets with a strong focus on influencer marketing and brand-direct deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Design compelling sales packages tailored to market trends and client needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Overall Strategic Growth & Partnership (50%) :

Strategic Leadership
  • Define and lead short- and long-term business development strategies.
  • Set clear revenue growth targets and team KPIs.
Revenue & Partnership Growth
  • Drive client acquisition across brand-direct and agency channels.
  • Build and expand partnerships that contribute to revenue acceleration.
Market & Opportunity Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuously adapt service offerings to maintain competitive edge.
Innovation & Growth Focus
  • Encourage innovation in business models, product offerings, or GTM (go-to-market) strategies.
  • Explore new revenue streams, platforms, or market segments for expansion.
 Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients and negotiations.
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

2. Overall Operational BD Execution & Team Management (50%) :

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and coach the business development team (BD managers, executives, account leads).
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and target-driven team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with campaign, creative, finance, and ops teams for integrated delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance to internal teams during pitching and proposal stages.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor sales pipelines, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and business insights to C-level management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital agencies, media, or tech platforms.
  • Proven track record in closing brand deals and managing strategic client relationships.
  • Strong existing network within brands, agencies, or talent management companies is a plus.
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic, data-informed sales proposals.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a growing team.
