POPS Thailand Debuts Two Exclusive Original Series with Top Thai Artists – “Groovin’ On” and “Follow My Fellow

March 19, 2021 – (Bangkok, Thailand) – POPS Thailand expands its exclusive original content catalog with two new youth-led series audiences will love, launching a fresh romantic drama, “Groovin’ On” later this month, in addition to an exciting reality program, “Follow My Fellow”, a variety program currently available on all POPS platforms.

“Groovin’ On” is a long-form romantic drama, following the story of Alto, a freshly graduated jazz guitarist, facing a near quarter-life crisis when taking over his late father’s bar in Chiang Mai. While duty and family honour compels him to continue his father’s legacy, the ‘Out of the Blues’ bar, Alto’s lack of responsibility and romantic sagas comes head-to-head with Sol, his younger sister who is fiercely passionate about upholding their father’s dream.

The series stars Kao-Jirayu La-ongmanee as Alto, Wawwa-Nicha Chokprajakchat as Kwan, Millie-Sirichada Ruamrudeekul as Pui, Aheye-Kornnit Laosubinprasert as Sol and will premiere on POPS on 27th March 2021, with new episodes every Saturday at 7PM.

“Follow My Fellow” is a variety show, bringing more than 10 celebrities together in humourous challenges and activities that tests the true nature of their “BFF” relationships. Follow these famous best friends and with guaranteed fun, fans will need to tune in to see who ultimately wins the BestBud prize. 

Laugh out loud as Mew Suppasit (I Am Your King, What The Duck), Nice Pinpong, DJ Nui Thanawat, Jack FanChan, Zani Nipaporn, Puifai Natapat, Son Yuke, Pango Jintanutda, God Itthipat, and Richy Oranate navigate hilarious situations. The series premiered on POPS on 16th February 2021 with ongoing fresh episodes every Tuesday and Thursday at 7PM.
