Originally from France, Fabien has relocated to Vietnam in 2000, home of his mother’s family side.
He hold an MBA from Solvay Business School, Belgium, and a Master’s degree in Anthropology from the French University of Provence.
Prior to joining POPS, he held senior management roles in Vietnam branches of some major tech companies including Gameloft, Nokia and Microsoft.
Since his appointment as Vietnam Country Manager in 2016, POPS partnered with premium global content providers who wanted access to Vietnam’s burgeoning digital space, and effectively bringing Doraemon and other famous Japanese characters (Detective Conan, Naruto, One-Piece) to YouTube for the first time ever.
Fabien was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in May 2021.
He currently oversees the operational excellence between the POPS regional offices and Vietnam headquarter, and partner groups.
On the personal side, he is the father of four adorable kids and enjoys playing tabletop games with friends once everyone in the house is sleeping.
