MAJOR FUNCTION
Drive employee experience, talent acquisition, learning & development, and AI-enabled people initiatives to strengthen organizational capability, engagement, and business performanceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee Experience & Internal Communication (30%)
- Execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and business priorities.
- Manage internal, external communication channels, leadership messaging, and company-wide campaigns.
- Analyze engagement data and recommend improvements to retention and employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee journey across key touchpoints.
2. Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions across Vietnam.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and candidate quality.
- Build talent pipelines through employer branding, referrals, and sourcing initiatives.
- Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for hiring decisions.
3. Learning & Development (20%)
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with business leaders.
- Design and deliver functional, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
- Build and manage digital learning content, including microlearning, AI-assisted content, and LMS courses.
- Maintain structured learning pathways by function and level.
- Measure training effectiveness and coordinate external learning partners.
4. AI Transformation & Change Enablement (20%)
- Partner with HRD to drive organization-wide AI adoption.
- Execute AI change management initiatives that improve employee productivity.
- Build practical AI learning journeys tailored by function.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and embed them into daily workflows.
- Support leaders in adopting AI as part of team management and decision-making.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- 5-7 years’ experience
- Strong hands-on AI tool proficiency is mandatory.
- Proven ability to apply AI to HR workflows and productivity.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and L&D.
- Experience with digital learning/LMS and HR data analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced, digital environment.
