I. SUMMARY:
We are looking for The Localization Executive experienced in producing, including Dubbing, Subtitling, Voice Over, for Localization Contents.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Localization Executive, your job is:
- Working with authorized dubbing suppliers for signing contracts, send/receive, checking, and ensuring all required materials for Localization projects
- Check and receive multiple contents from POPS partners, planning and managing multiple Localization projects to ensure all technical requirements, production cost and project timeline from start to end.
- Working with authorized dubbing suppliers to ensure the localized quality of all projects by getting step-by-step approvals from POPS Partners including voice/demo casting, music, and effect, voice talents, and scripts following the original content requirements.
- Working with different teams to produce Localization Contents, ensure production timeline as well as airing schedule for all Localization Contents across multiple languages as required.
- Good in English to support the translation process, scripting, and checking materials.
- Joining in any voice recording process, dubbing using your own voice whenever required.
- Report daily to Team Leader.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensure clear, smooth, and transparent communication between teams, partners, and suppliers via work email.
- Ensure data management process and all contents materials of assigned projects.
- Ensure and be responsible for the final quality, deadline, and timeline of all assigned projects.
- Ensure to follow the working process and payment process from the company
- Be active in communicating between team members, sharing cónstrcutive feedbacks and solutions for issues happen during work.
- Always be ready and supportive for working overtime if needed in order to ensure the project timeline.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Learn and self-development by joining workshops, training, and applying to your job, when required.
- Willing to share experiences, and create workshops for others team members if needed.
- Willing to join and support company activities, help to build up the company working culture follow the company's
