I. SUMMARY:
Đóng vai trò trung gian giữa khách hàng và các bộ phận trong công ty, đảm bảo dự án được triển khai thành công; đồng thời quản lý và phát triển tốt mối quan hệ với khách hàng.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hiểu rõ và theo dõi sát sao các deadlines; nhắc nhở và hỗ trợ đội sản xuất để đạt được deadlines và mục tiêu sản xuất.
- Liên tục cập nhật phản hồi từ các bộ phận liên quan và tích hợp vào file nội bộ tương ứng với từng giai đoạn của dự án, đảm bảo thông tin được truyền đạt một cách chính xác và kịp thời.
- Thực hiện việc xuất file zip sau khi hoàn thành mỗi chương truyện. Đồng thời, hỗ trợ tổng hợp các tài liệu từ khách hàng và chuyển giao cho đội sản xuất.
- Đảm nhận trách nhiệm trong việc đề xuất và lên kế hoạch cho các dự án có quy mô nhỏ, bao gồm việc chuẩn bị proposal và hỗ trợ triển khai.
- Sắp xếp lịch họp với khách hàng và đội Sales, cũng như tham gia vào việc tổ chức các cuộc họp tổng kết (recap meeting) để đánh giá tiến độ và điều chỉnh chiến lược sản xuất.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan đến dự án.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác trong nhóm theo hướng dẫn và chỉ đạo từ cấp quản lý hoặc người chịu trách nhiệm.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, cả email lẫn trực tiếp
- Sử dụng thành thạo các kỹ năng văn phòng, đặc biệt là Microsoft
- Kỹ năng sắp xếp và quản lý công việc
- Tinh thần làm việc nhóm tốt
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chịu trách nhiệm và hoàn thành tốt công việc mình phụ trách
- Chủ động, có tinh thần học hỏi, chấp nhận thử thách
- Có khả năng ngoại ngữ, đặc biệt là Tiếng Anh, là ưu điểm
- Có đam mê với ngành truyện tranh và hoạt hình là ưu điểm
- Sẽ được training trong suốt quá trình làm việc để có thể nắm rõ quy trình, kỹ thuật, công cụ, yêu cầu chất lượng, công đoạn thực hiện của truyện tranh
