I. SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for Partner Acquisition and Management to join our team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting content creators and managing partnerships with a primary focus on music and entertainment channels. This role requires a proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, who is fluent in English and Japanese (Vietnamese is a plus), and has a deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Identify and recruit top-tier content creators in Japan, focusing on music and entertainment channels.
• Manage relationships with partners to ensure their successful onboarding onto our YouTube Content Management System (CMS).
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new content creators and grow our partner network.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, legal) to support partner needs and ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content and channel growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the YouTube and digital content landscape.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and forge new partnerships.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College/University graduate
• 3-5 years of experience in partner acquisition, management, or a similar role within the digital content, music, or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing content creators, preferably on YouTube.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube platform, CMS tools, and digital content monetization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
