The Account Manager will help take over managing existing and newly acquired accounts. They will be tasked with outreach to new and existing accounts to secure repeat business. The Account Manager must have a good understanding of the trends and needs of each business to develop and pitch new solutions, resulting in sales consistently. This position will report to the Associate Sales Director.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Technical skills:

• Manage assigned existing client campaign requirements and build long-term client relationships.
• Propose and execute media and content planning, including influencer/KOL coordination and brand alignment.
• Plan, manage, and implement campaigns to meet client KPIs and objectives.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client campaign.
• Prepare and present campaign progress reports.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Content, Media, Creative, and Finance for campaign management and closure.
• Stay updated with new trends in digital technology, branded content, and media innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Line Manager to align on business development strategies and revenue targets
• Attend client meetings to receive briefs 
• Create and support proposals, including research and planning
• Prepare and adjust client quotations 
• Check sponsorship package contents and adjust or create proposals as needed 
• Communicate with vendors via chat/email 
• Guide and mentor internal team members 
• Direct interaction with clients and artists via chat/meetings 
• Prepare P&L, contracts, quotations, CE, FC files and request Legal support
• Compile reports on campaign performance.

• Carry out additional tasks or assignments as required by the Manager.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; experience in digital content is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and resolve challenges in digital media and branded content.
• Deep understanding of branded content and how it supports brand marketing goals.
• Solid grasp of digital marketing channels and tools, including: Content Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management (organic & paid), Display Marketing
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and driven by continuous learning.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for data handling or automation is a plus.
