Ms Tham Nguyen has more than 17 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting and has been with POPS since the early days of its establishment in Vietnam.

Her role at POPS Worldwide is to manage accounting and financial control functions and establish the financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business. Under her leadership, POPS successfully implemented an international standard Enterprise Resource Planning system for all POPS offices across Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia in 2021. 

Through her 12-year commitment with POPS, she has contributed to the company’s fundraising activities including the investment from blue chip investors like Eastbridge Partners Mirae Asset-Naver Asia Growth Fund, Warner Media, IT Farm and the recent investment led by TV TOKYO Corporation.

She graduated with a major in finance and obtained the Chief Financial Officer certificate.

Prior to POPS, she held finance-related positions across a number of profitable organisations.
