SUMMARY:
POPS Human Resources Department is looking for a dynamic & can-do Intern to support us with daily operations activities of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement and Admin. This would be a great chance for those who desire to experience HR in a dynamic digital entertainment company for HR career path in the long run.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:
- Create job advertisements and publish on different channels/platforms like Facebook, websites, job boards…
- Collect the candidate information from Facebook, Linkedin, Career page…
- Call and screen candidates for the appropriate position.
- Set up the interviews & following up post-interviews
- Support with pre-onboarding activities for new employees
Employee Engagement:
- Design emails/poster for internal communication activities
- Support in organizing engaging internal activities for employees
- Explore & propose ideas/initiative for employee engagement activities
- Proceeding purchasing & payment for events (if needed)
Other assigned tasks by the supervisor to bring the candidates & employees the best experience during their time with POPS.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Good communications in both Vietnamese and English
- Good time management & event organization skills
- Be proactive, independent and can-do attitude
- Willing to learn & explore new challenges
- Have experience with designing tools, PTS is a big plus
- Love to work in HR
