We are looking for a forward-thinking Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our team in building the next generation of AI-native applications. We don’t just "use" AI; we are a Gemini-first organization. This means we leverage AI-assisted coding tools to 10x our productivity and build applications where LLMs are a core part of the architecture, not just an add-on.
This role is ideal for a developer who is tired of traditional "manual" coding and wants to master the art of AI-orchestrated development on a modern Google Cloud stack.
Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Development: Utilize AI coding agents (Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Google AntiGravity) to accelerate the SDLC, from prototyping to writing unit tests and documentation.
- Full-Stack Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js or Python.
- Cloud Native Architecture: Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), prioritizing serverless and managed services like Cloud Run and Firebase.
- AI Integration: Implement LLM capabilities (Gemini API, Vertex AI) into production features, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and autonomous agents.
- Quality & Standards: Participate in "AI-augmented" code reviews to ensure security, performance, and maintainability of both human and AI-generated code.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within a cross-functional team using Google Workspace and Git-based workflows.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- The Tech Stack: * Frontend: Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React / Next.js.
- Backend: Experience with js (NestJS/Express) or Python (FastAPI).
- Data: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Firestore, or Vector Databases.
- AI Mastery: You must be a "Power User" of AI coding tools. You should be comfortable using tools like Gemini CLI or Claude Code to refactor complex logic or bootstrap new services.
- GCP Ecosystem: Familiarity with Google Cloud services (Cloud Run, GKE, Firebase, or Pub/Sub).
- DevOps: Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Proficiency in English (for technical collaboration).
Nice to Have (The "Advantage" Skills)
- Mobile Development: Experience with Flutter (preferred for GCP synergy) or React Native.
- AI Engineering: Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, or building RAG pipelines with LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Infrastructure: Experience with Terraform or Docker for containerized environments.
