II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the brief and make plan for each project to satisfy Client’s requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments to execute the KOL team’ projects at its optimal level
• Media & content planning (work with KOL, brand)
• Plan and implement a campaign for clients and work towards achieving the client's KPI
• Prepare and present reports on their progress
• Ensure the P&L of projects
• To establish and expand the relationship with the agency, artists, media, press, the other talent manager to get the good quotations and seek new opportunities for collaborations.
• Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize the integrated campaign effectiveness
• Propose new ideas/solutions to maximize the team’ performance
• Establish the working plan for team members and closely monitor it
• Providing good mentorship and support to team members, enabling individual growth and development
• Carry out other tasks as requested by the Line Manager

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 years of experience in digital media, advertising, and brand space. Experience in digital content is an added advantage
• Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in digital branded content and media space
• Ability to understand the value of branded content vis-a-vis brand advertising
• Strong technical understanding of digital performance marketing i.e. Paid, Owned and Earned products and services such as Content Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management (organic & community focus) and Display Marketing.
• The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, tech-savvy, creativity-driven, and always eager to learn and take on new challenges proactively
• Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
• Strong selling, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a productive and constructive manner
