Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns for anime, comic, and kid animation products across digital platforms. Develop brand strategies for assigned brands and digital video channels to effectively engage target audiences and drive viewership, fan engagement, and commercial growth.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical skills
Strategy & Brand Marketing
Craft and deploy comprehensive marketing frameworks for designated brands, IP series, and multi-platform video channels including YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
Lead strategic initiatives through deep-dive market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis to pinpoint expansion potential.
Establish and oversee holistic marketing roadmaps encompassing PR, media relations, digital activations, and social community growth strategies.
Utilize data-driven insights and platform-specific mastery to design high-impact content development and engagement schemes.
Campaign Management
Orchestrate multi-platform digital activations, analyzing key metrics to propose high-impact optimization adjustments.
Assess communication touchpoint efficiency, maintaining a continuous refinement cycle to maximize audience reach and engagement.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional departments—including PR, Production, Licensing, and Data—alongside third-party vendors to execute integrated and resonant brand initiatives.
Guarantee strategic alignment and seamless communication of brand objectives throughout all internal stakeholder groups.
Team & Project Support
Assist the Marketing Manager in driving project implementation, mentoring junior staff, and guaranteeing the achievement of performance metrics.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and operational excellence while fostering seamless collaborative execution within the team.
Coordinate task distribution and monitor workflow progress across all internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
Budget Management
Allocate campaign budgets and track spending per staff/project to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Support ad hoc requests and projects as assigned by the Head of POPS STUDIO Operations
III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience and at least 2-3 year in a lead or coordinator capacity.
Demonstrated experience in audience development on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Passionate and knowledgeable about anime, comics, and kid-oriented content.
Skills & Attributes:
In-depth understanding of the Vietnam social media landscape.
Analytical and data-driven mindset; able to interpret insights and transform into action.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or Photoshop is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and creativity.
Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Integrity, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of AI tools for data handling or automation is a plus.
