MAJOR FUNCTION
The primary purpose of this role is to support the financial performance analysis of the company’s business in Vietnam. The position will focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business partnering. The role will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure financial health and alignment with business objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting, Planning & Budget Controlling:
- Preparing of the consolidated monthly management reporting pack
- Analyzing monthly deviations against budget / forecast and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, long-range plans, and quarterly estimates for senior management.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
Finance business Partnering:
- Developing and preparing financial projections and feasibility analysis for new projects , new content acquisitions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to analyze revenue, costs, and margins
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to collect data, understand key business drivers, and provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
Others:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a relevant FP&A role.
- Preferably experienced in media, advertising, e-commerce, or digital industries.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data analytics skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) or an advanced degree is a plus.
