I. JOB SUMMARY:

Develop & execute marketing campaigns for POPS BU Anime-Kids-Comic to reach, engage & monetize suitable audience across platforms. The candidate must work really well across functions to provide thorough & smooth execution in ensuring the success of planned campaigns.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take direction from Marketing Lead with fully understanding the objectives & deliverables for various Marketing tasks
Plan, execute and follow up with advertising/communication campaigns (social media) and promotional events
Conduct consumer & market research. Study and provide overview
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (Social Post, Push notification & Website materials)
Directly work with internal stakeholders ranging from Operations, Admins, Digital Performance, Social & Creative teams to ensure smoothly executed campaigns
Analyze current digital market information and prepare marketing reports.
Monitor and manage internal & external third parties on execution of branding activities
Communicate brand and video channels activities to other relevant departments in an effective manner (Marketing, Production, Data and Licensing) and partners to deliver creative and effective activities that drive top-of-mind, viewership and engagement with our target content
Regular monitor of the digital marketing campaign results, social media, market trend, and be able to advise the improvements.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated from university/college
At least 1 year experience as related position. Experience in the same industry is a plus.
Experience in managing & operating online channels (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
Experience in building audiences for online channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok)
Passionate and knowledgeable about Anime & Comics
Good understanding of social media landscape in Vietnam
Analytical, data driven thinker who seeks innovative solutions.
Being able to use Adobe Premiere and/or Photoshop is a plus.
Creative, proactive, consultative, resourceful
Good at English both writing and speaking
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently but a team player.
High responsibility, enthusiasm and owning the job
Honesty, integrity
