Turner Broadcasting System Asia-Pacific have signed a distribution deal with Vietnamese kids video on-demand service, POPS Kids. A selection of animated shows from Boomerang’s animation library is now available on the service, which includes The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends and Dexter’s Laboratory.
