KOC Management Executive

I. SUMMARY: Recruit, manage, and develop partnerships with KOCs for POPS Social Commerce.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Explore and recruit new KOCs constantly for POPS social commerce as well as satisfy the KOC’ requirements to maintain good partnerships
  • Implement and manage KOC’s activities such as Livestream, the selling videos 
  • Advise and propose the suitable KOC list, timeline as well as airing platforms following the Client’s briefs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to execute the KOC team’s projects at their optimal level
  • Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by the Manager
  • Lead daily executions
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • University/Diploma in Marketing, Commerce, or other related courses.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in entertainment, digital media, advertising, content, and e-commerce
  • A passion for entertainment, especially in talent management/event/media
  • Display energy and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • Good at communication, and persuasion
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a productive and constructive manner
  • Constantly update market trends, new content format, and entertainment event
  • Hard-working, careful, honest
  • Ability to work within a small team and independently
  • High responsibility
