For five years at POPS, Ms Hoai Nguyen has grown and developed as a legal mastermind. She has built and led the legal expert team to handle the most challenging legal matters.

Hoai is a qualified lawyer and a certified IP attorney in Vietnam while she possess a law degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

She is responsible for all legal matters of the Group ranging from legal

contract/advices, legal compliance, Intellectual Property Portfolio Management and protection thwart piracy to the set-up of new offices for POPS in countries such as

Singapore, Indonesia and Japan.

Prior joining POPS, she had more than 11 years experience working with a UK based law firm specialising in Intellectual Property.

Her expertise ranges from Intellectual Property Rights prosecution to dispute resolution in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. She has represented numerous global companies in various industries from F&B, Technologies, Pharmaceutical to Media.
