  • Collaborate with Product Manager to define the strategy of the product life, then be the owner of his/her product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Gather business requirements, manage product implementation, and assist to launch any feature or function of the product to market throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Confidence to take the lead on projects while exhibiting the reliability and teamwork required to effectively interface with other areas of the company
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
  • Transfer all user-stories at the product backlog & work closely with development team and third parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to the sprint back log.
  • Maintain the updates of the backlog, wireframe developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design
  • Research and analyze user behaviors from data analytics report to improve product
  • Run the user focus group for every week to have both qualitative and quantitative data for app improvements regrading UIUX
  • Training: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to make user-guide and deliver user training
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred with at 4 years of solid experience in Software Product Development such as Process, User Experience
  • Knowledge of software product development process, especially requirement analysis, user experience analysis
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Able to produce wireframes and specs related
  • Solid knowledge & experience with Agile methodology both Scrum & Kanban
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good in presentation, reporting & time management skills
  • Creative and innovative problem solver
